By creating an account or clicking the "play" button, you agree to be bound by these server rules:

1. Play fair.
1.1. Do not use cheats and server errors.
1.2. Do not modify network packets to the server.

1.4. It is forbidden to abuse the gameplay and mechanics.
1.5. It is forbidden to create accounts for the purpose of transferring items and game currency.
1.6. It is forbidden to obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to other people's game accounts (hacking).

2. All types of RMT (exchange for real money) are prohibited.
2.1. The player is prohibited from granting third parties access to his account.
2.1.1. It is forbidden to sell, buy the credentials of game accounts.
2.1.2. It is forbidden to give/accept as a gift game accounts.
2.1.3. It is forbidden to provide permanent access to your account to receive daily bonuses or any other reason.
2.2. It is forbidden to sell game items and gold for real currency.
2.3. It is forbidden to buy game items and gold from other players for real money.
2.4. It is forbidden to provide any services (help in the game) for real money.

Note: when transferring gold or other resources as a gift or in an unequal exchange (an attempt to pass off the transfer of gold for the sale of junk), remember that it is possible to block your account as an accomplice in the sale of game values ​​for real money.
Make such a transfer at your own risk, with people you know they are not sellers of gold and game valuables or suppliers of these sellers.

3. Rules for communication in the game, on the forum, the Discord server and the VKontakte group.

3.6. It is forbidden to incite interracial and interethnic hatred.
3.7. It is forbidden to advertise other projects on the game Tera Online.
3.8. It is forbidden to advertise other unofficial private game servers.
3.9. It is forbidden to distribute malware (viruses, trojans, spyware, advertising banners, etc.).
3.10. Excessive flooding, flames in communication channels and general game chat are prohibited.
3.11. Any public discussion of the actions of moderation and server administration is prohibited in official communities and the game.
3.12. Any provocation to violate these rules is prohibited.
3.13. Any attempt to circumvent the punishment of a moderator or administrator is prohibited.

4. Special conditions.
4.1. The user of the game is notified about the content 18+ and confirms his age.
4.2. Changing the email address after registration is not possible. The exception is the loss of opportunity use of a mailbox (corporate mail, termination of the mail service) or a mistake made in the address at the time of creating the account.
4.3. The administration is not responsible for the loss of credentials or hacking of your account, in case of granting access to it to 3rd parties.
4.4. The user has the right to request the deletion of his account and personal data, by contacting our support team. The application will be considered within 3 days.
4.5. This server is launched by an unofficial localizer of the game, this is a hobby project, which is not intended for commercial gain.
4.6. Game accounts are the property of the server administration.
4.7. Violation of the terms of this agreement may result in partial or complete blocking the user's access to the game account, without compensating the amount of donations.
4.8. The administrator or moderator has the right to personally choose the punishment for violating the rules, based on the severity of the violation and their opinion on the situation in which it occurred.
